Office of Disability Employment Policy and the Job Accomodation Network (JAN).

CARE OPTIONS IN IOWA

Here is a link to an organization that provides living support, program support, and information on programs that fund services. The main office is in Clarion, Iowa and the website is helpful.  http://www.krysilis.org/index.php 

ChildServe is a local option with a comprehensive website about their services. http://www.childserve.org/   

Polk County Services Guide

This is a 32 page booklet of frequently called numbers in Polk County as well as brief descriptions, addresses and contact information for other important departments and services in the Polk County area. The website for further information is www.co.polk.ia.us. A copy of the booklet is available to view at the PT office at Ruby Van Meter School in Des Moines.
